Ron Hill graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1982 and has worked in greater Cleveland ever since.
He creates editorial cartoons for The Chagrin Valley Times, The Solon Times, The Geauga Times Courier, The Avon Press, The North Ridgeville Press and West Life, all award-winning weekly tabloid newspapers. Ron is the illustrator of the Armchair Theologian Series published by Westminster John Knox Press, translated in five languages around the world.
An accomplished quick-sketch caricaturist, he has drawn over 100,000 portraits during the last 30 years.
Ron works in traditional brush and ink media, watercolor and digital vector/formats for advertising, comic, publishing and animation/web assignments and commissions.
He is a member of the National Cartoonist Society, The American Association of Editorial Cartoonists and currently president of NOIS.
